These terms set out the rules for using VPNWY's cross-border network acceleration subscription service, covering service scope, account and subscription management, acceptable use, liability, account termination, and refunds. By creating an account, paying for, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope and Coverage
VPNWY provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Once subscribed, you can connect to international routes through the official client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux for cross-border use such as accessing international websites, using AI tools, and streaming. The service currently covers 110+ countries and 150+ routes; the regions and route types actually available are those shown in the client.
Subscriptions run on a monthly cycle, and data resets every month on the activation date. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses VPNWY.
2. Accounts and Subscription Rules
Creating an account requires no email address — a username and password are all you need. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, and everything done through your account is treated as your own activity. Any loss caused by leaked or shared credentials is your responsibility.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but the account is for the subscriber's own use only. Reselling, renting out, or sharing the account, subscription links, or subscription content with third parties is prohibited, as is posting subscription addresses in public channels. If these rules are broken, VPNWY may suspend or terminate the account.
Monthly plans are currently ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets every month on the activation date, and when you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is converted into remaining days. There are also three data packs — ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB — which last until used up and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat, and USDT.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and use the service only for lawful purposes, such as accessing international websites, using AI tools, and streaming. You are responsible for the content you access and the actions you take through the service.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- using the service for any illegal activity;
- scanning, penetration testing, or stress testing the service;
- creating accounts in bulk, deliberately hogging bandwidth, or interfering with other users;
- sending spam, harassing others, or infringing on the lawful rights of others;
- using technical means to evade billing or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
4. Service Availability and Liability
The service is provided as is. VPNWY maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis but does not promise that the service will be available at all times and on every network. For connection interruptions or speed fluctuations caused by upstream route changes, data center maintenance, force majeure, or problems with your local network or devices, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
The number of countries covered, the number of routes, and the supported platforms may change as operations evolve; the 110+ countries / 150+ routes shown on this site describe the current scale. We recommend confirming that the region and platform you need are supported before you buy.
5. Account Termination and Changes to Terms
You can stop renewing at any time, and the service ends automatically when the subscription expires. VPNWY may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of any part of these terms; illegal or abusive activity; or reselling, renting out, or sharing the account.
These terms may be updated as our business and applicable regulations change, and the new last-updated date will be shown on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service.
6. Refund Policy
You can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first payment. Requests are made on the ticket page in the user panel; submit your order details and support will review them.
